I am incredibly honored and excited to have been elected as the new chairman of the Private College s and Universities Authority of Georgia. This Authority plays a critical role in supporting higher education in our state by managing bond financing programs that provide private colleges and universities with access to low-cost capital for construction, renovation, and growth projects.
In my new role as chairman, I am committed to advancing the Authority’s mission of empowering private institutions to provide exceptional educational facilities and opportunities for Georgia students. By facilitating bond financing, we make it possible for colleges to fund the development of cutting-edge classroom buildings, upgraded dorms and housing, expanded research labs, athletic facilities, parking structures, and other vital improvements.
