A multi-campus beauty school focused on preparing students to be salon professionals
MAK Beauty Institute’s goal was to get more qualified leads from their website, and through social media.
MAK Beauty chose to implement our lead management program to handle inquiries for each of their campuses. The school’s website was also refreshed to better convey the benefits of the school and to capture leads. The combined solution helped them reach prospective students first and develop a positive interaction at each contact point in prospective students’ evaluation process. The new contact forms allowed admissions counselors to quickly prioritize candidates – which resulted in a 20% increase in tours and immediate improvement in the school’s acceptance rate.
